Poo~Pourri is a small, quirky group of poo people doing mighty things with our passion and creativity! Meet Cody, Poo~Pourri's Director of Customer Experience! 

What is your name?

I've been known by many names at Poo~HQ: Alley, Codiak Bear, Sassy Preacher, but most days a simple Cody will do the job just fine.

What do you do at Poo~Pourri?

I get to lead a team of folks that form the nervous center of the whole business. Who picks up the phone when you call? Who uses those hilarious poo puns when replying to your emails? Who meets your every need when something makes a stink?

That’s right, Customer Service! I get to use real feedback from YOU to determine how we can take care of our customers better every time you contact us!

What is your favorite Poo~Pourri scent and why?

No hesitation here, Secret Santa! Cinnamon sweet goodness in the most unlikely of places!

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

I’m a man of simple pleasures. I love spending time with my wife Kelly and our one year old daughter Sawyer, playing with our big dogs (Booker the German Shepherd and Cholly the dingo), enjoying good music, and outside adventures like camping, hiking, and backpacking when we can.

What is your most memorable moment at Poo HQ?

So many to choose from! Company holiday parties aside, I really love Gift Show. The opportunity for my sales reps and I to meet and do business with our customers in person is always a blast!

What three things would you take with you if you were going to a deserted island? iPod classic (we’re talking 40k songs), a hatchet, and a good pair of boots.

Do you fold or wad your toilet paper? I go for the wad for efficiency

What do you read while you’re on the toilet? Business articles, movie reviews, and Reddit, oh my!

If you were a meal, what would you be? I’ll say steak; complex when cooked correctly but simple, pairs well with other dishes.
